How to order:
1. Visit our website or contact us directly to initiate the order process for a custom design.
2. Provide the necessary details: Specify your design preferences, including the type of ring, materials you prefer, and any specific design elements or inspirations you have in mind. You can also mention any budget constraints or requirements.
3. Pay the deposit: A deposit of $150 is required to proceed with the order. This deposit will go towards the total cost of the design. If the total cost of the design is less than $150, you will be refunded or provided with a credit for the remaining amount. If the total cost equals $150, no further payment will be necessary.
4. Collaboration and changes: Once the deposit is received, our team will collaborate with you to finalize the design. We may request additional information or clarification to ensure we capture your vision accurately. We will also provide you with pictures, 3D models, and sketches of the design for your approval
5. Design approval: Review the provided pictures, 3D models, and sketches of the design. If you are satisfied, give your approval to proceed with the molding process. However, if you wish to make any changes or adjustments, communicate them to our team at this stage. Note that all changes must be made before we begin the molding process.
6. Production time: Our average production time is 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. Please understand that we cannot change or expedite this timeline. We appreciate your patience during this phase.
7. Finalization: Once the custom ring is completed, we will inform you and arrange for the remaining payment, if applicable. All sales are final at this stage, as the custom ring is made specifically to your requirements.
8. Delivery or pickup: All customs will be shipped with express shipping (UPS or USPS Priority 2 day)
