We only accept returns in exchange for store credit. Read all descriptions carefully BEFORE purchasing. With the volume of service we provide & fast rate we ship, once an order is shipped it can not be cancelled . 

Non personalized items may be exchanged.

Please contact us and read item descriptions PRIOR to purchasing, if you have any metal allergies.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call your local post office at 1800-ASK-USPS . 

Discounts & complimentary gifts are subject to owners discretion

All domestic non-customized orders take 1-2 days processing time and will ship out & arrive within 2-5 business days with USPS first-class shipping. Shipping time for international orders may vary (7-15+ days depending on location).

Please note that due to Covid-19, there have been delays. 
During Holidays/busy seasons orders may experience some delays with scanning & shipping times (on average a couple days more than our regular shipping & processing times).

All of our customized orders (custom designs  etc)  will require 2-4 week processing & shipping time to perfect.

TO RESTORE YOUR GOLD PLATED JEWERLY, GENTLY WIPE YOUR JUMA PIECE WITH A SOFT JEWELRY CLOTH. GOLD PLATED JEWELRY IS PRONE TO OXIDIZATION SO WE RECOMMEND REMOVING YOUR JEWELRY BEFORE SWIMMING OR APPLYING LOTIONS ETC.
OUR STAINLESS STEEL/GOLD PLATED CHAINS WILL NOT EASILY TARNISH AND ON AVERAGE LAST OUR CUSTOMERS 2+ YEARS.
