Refund/Exchange Policy

 We only accept returns in exchange for store credit. Read all descriptions carefully BEFORE purchasing. With the volume of service we provide once an order is placed it can not be cancelled . 

Non personalized items may be exchanged.

Please contact us and read item descriptions PRIOR to purchasing, if you have any metal allergies.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

In the rare event your package has been lost or stolen please call your local post office at 1800-ASK-USPS . 

Q/A

How long will it take for my package to arrive:

All domestic non-customized orders take 1-2 days processing time and will ship out & arrive within 2-5 business days with USPS first-class shipping. Shipping time for international orders may vary (10-15+ days depending on location).

All of our customized orders (name pendants etc) are made from scratch & will require 2-5 week processing & shipping time.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Will my chain fade?

Our stainless steel/gold plated chains will not fade. Our costume chains ( $9 & under) are made with Zinc Alloy which may fade without proper care. To preserve your zinc alloy necklace avoid water contact.
